WIB – The Modified Jabberwocky is Tuesday

We’ve gotten a lot of requests for this one lately with Slaughter on the DL and we hear you. The WIB will always be a workout of the people and for the people.

The Jabberwocky

  • Partner Up
  • 5 stops around Freedom Park lake with exercises at each stop
    1. 10 Burpees Each
    2. 20 Step ups in Pavilion #1
    3. 20 Dips and 20 Derkins in Pavilion #2
    4. 20 Handshake Merkins
    5. 20 Partner Situps
  • Be prepared to run 3.5+ miles along with a ton of exercises to get you tuned up

If so inclined, meet at the gravel lot on East Blvd. at 5.20am. We launch into the gloom at 5.30am.
